HPL 8 mm Black Ral 9005. The HPL-board has a thickness of 8 mm and is black (RAL 9005, approx.). The plate has a smooth finish, a black core and is coloured on both sides. The material is resistant to moisture, heat and chemicals and has a high scratch/wear resistance.
The indoor and outdoor applications of HPL are numerous. For example, it can be used to create handrails to finish gutters and eaves, or as durable wall and façade cladding. Wherever there is a need for a strong and smooth product that is easy to keep clean, HPL often proves to be the best solution.
HPL Panels (High Pressure Laminate) are widely used as a building material for various interior and exterior projects, both for initial installation and for renovation projects.
The smooth material is highly suitable for the manufacture of fascia boards for eaves and dormers for homes and (office) buildings.
The plastic sheets are also used as exterior wall panels and wall cladding in housing and utility construction. Due to the high durability and easy cleaning of HPL, this material is increasingly chosen to replace traditional (non-sustainable) wooden roof and house constructions.
Due to the optimal product properties, HPL sheets are also often used for the manufacture of billboards along sports fields. The smooth, hard surface can take a beating and provides an excellent basis for an advertising board that will last for years! In addition, HPL is very suitable as a material for signposting.
Besides exterior applications, the material can be used as an interior wall panel in offices, shops, exhibition stands and even private homes where a sleek and beautiful finish is desired.
In short, HPL is an excellent choice in any situation where there is a need for high-quality, smooth sheet material that is easy to process, easy to clean and durable.
